This charming stone villa of 65 m ÂČ is ideal for holidays by the sea in peace. It has a beautiful terrace of about 60 m2. It can accomodate up to 6 people, ideally for a family, it has direct access to the beach and to the coves of fine sand just a few steps from the house. Well-being and rest are at the rendezvous in this bosky bower.
The villa is equipped with a terrace where you can enjoy real moments of relaxation in family, around the electric barbecue and the living room of garden. Fully air-conditioned, the interior of the villa offers comfort:

TvÄ hÀrliga veckor

Vi tillbringade 2 veckor i slutet av juni hÀr och boendet övertrÀffade vÄra förvÀntningar. Rent, snyggt och frÀscht. Virginie var vÀldigt vÀnlig och hjÀlpsam. Med tvÄ smÄ barn var lÀget 50 meter frÄn stranden perfekt. Stranden var fin och aldrig fullpackad och genom att gÄ en liten stig (vi bar vagnen en kort strÀcka mellan klipporna) kan man hitta en liten strand dÀr vi var nÀstan sjÀlva. Ytterligare en kort bit bort ligger en annan större strand som inte mÄnga hittade till. Huset har en underbar terass dÀr alla mÄltider kan intas i skuggan. Huset Àr utrustat med alla bekvÀmligheter och det finns en grill pÄ terassen. AC fungerar perfekt men om grill/tvÀtt- eller diskmaskin var pÄ samtidigt kunde elen stÀngas av en kort stund. Aldrig lÀngre Àn nÄgon minut. OmrÄdet Àr vackert och vÀlskött. 10 minuter med bil finns mataffÀr. NÀrmaste restaurang ligger pÄ ett lyxhotell 2 minuter frÄn huset. Det Àr ett fint hotell dÀr man kan ta en drink eller Àta god mat men priserna Àr höga. Personalen vÀldigt vÀnlig. Vi saknade möjligheten att promenera med barnen i omrÄdet. VÀgarna Àr smala och bilarna kör fort.

Merveilleux séjour

Nous avons passé une trÚs bonne semaine dans la maison de Virginie. La maison est bien équipée, rien ne manque, terrasse trÚs agréable, et à 80m d'une plage superbe. L'hÎte nous a trÚs bien accueilli et nous a renseigné sur les restos, plages et activités à faire. Virginie a été trÚs gentille avec nous et n'a pas hésité à nous donner ces bonnes adresses! Nous n'avons pas été déçu! La maison est à une quinzaine de km des plus belles plages de Corse, et à environ 30km de Bonifacio. A noter que les 2 chambres en mezzanine ne sont séparées que par un rideau, si vous partez à 2 couples il est important de le savoir. Il y a une salle de douche assez petite, difficile d'y tenir à 2 mais tout elle est à fait correct. Nous recommandons vivement cette location et espérons pouvoir y retourner trÚs vite!

Das Haus hat eine traumhafte Lage, direkt an der Spitze einer Landzunge. Man geht nur 2 Minuten in einem Strand, der fast privat ist. Es liegt in einer privaten Siedlung mit eigenem Parkplatz. Auch weitere wunderschöne StrĂ€nde sind fusslĂ€ufig erreichbar. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und hat eine große Terrasse mit Tisch, LiegestĂŒhlen und Sesseln. Ein kleines Manko ist ggf. dass alle Betten (ĂŒber zwei Ebenen) quasi im gleichen Raum stehen, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Unten gibt es ein kleines Kinderzimmer mit Stockwerkbett das sehr klein ist.Die KĂŒche war super ausgestattet und das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet.Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

We liked it very much, most importantly the ideal location of this property.Ideas for improvement: 1. the bed is very uncomfortable (maybe only for tall and/or heavy people), but for me this is a reason not to come back because of the back pain and bad sleep quality it caused me.2. Removing/cutting the fig tree from the terrace, even though it is very nice, it is blocking the entry of the terrace and taking too much space.3. fix the outside water hose.

Une trĂšs belle location dans un environnement verdoyant et trĂšs calme, la mer Ă  2 mns Ă  pied, la plage quasiment pour nous seuls. Parking privĂ©. Le logement est conforme Ă  l’annonce, une trĂšs jolie terrasse qui appelle Ă  la farniente. Une jolie dĂ©co intĂ©rieure sur le thĂšme de la mer. Une clim trĂšs apprĂ©ciable. Schöne erholsame Ferien

Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Strand ist zu Fuss in kurzer Distanz erreichbar. Schöner kleiner Strand, allerdings keine Weitsicht, da man Blick in die Bucht von Porto Vecchio hat. Bei der Übergabe gute Ausflugs und Restauranttipps erhalten.

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus

Das Haus ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Überdurchschnittlich gut eingerichtete KĂŒche, in der man wirklich kochen kann. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Lage ist unĂŒbertroffen, das wussten wir schon vorher. Aber der Charme des Hauses hat es 2 Wochen zu unserem zu Hause gemacht.

Sehr gute Lage

Es handelt sich um eine Ferienhaussiedlung mit vorgelagerten Hotel. Direkt neben uns (zum gleichen Haus gehörend) war die Terrasse der Nachbarn. Der Weg zum Strand sind ca. 5 Gehminuten.

Charmante maison de style Corse idéalement située dans une résidence avec accÚs direct à la plage. Nous avons adoré la sérénité de l'endroit, la grande terrasse arborée, la décoration intérieure de la maison de style "vacances à la mer " et la climatisation, trÚs agréable aux heures chaudes. Nous avons apprécié également la gentillesse et l'efficacité de Laure et Virginie, toujours trÚs disponibles pour nos questions et petits aléas imprévus qu'elles ont su régler trÚs rapidement. Nous reviendrons !!

Bon emplacement pour visiter et profiter du sud de la Corse

Maison bien située. 2 plages tranquilles à proximité, à pied. La 2e plage était trÚs jolie, présence de poissons (et une belle pieuvre) prÚs des rochers. En voiture, on peut explorer facilement la cÎte et les montagnes. La maison était bien équipée, tranquille et dans un environnement trÚs charmant.

Super Unterkunft in super Lage

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gemĂŒtlich, alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden und die Lage, nur wenige Schritte zum wunderschönen Strand, ist traumhaft. Kontakt mit Vermieterin und Laure hat gut geklappt.
