Everything about my stay was spot on. Very smooth and easy check in, lovely quiet location and my single room was actually very generous in size and also very comfortable. The breakfast service the following morning was very calm and peaceful and the hot buffet was exactly how I like it. The staff are also very helpful. All in all I will definitely be choosing to stay again

There were faeces in the toilet, and the bowl was disgustingly filthy. The duvet cover and the spoons were dirty. Because the housekeepers had finished their shift, the receptionist had to clean the toilet bowl and change the duvet. I've stayed at this hotel before in the same room and it was spotless, hence my return there. I definitely won't be staying there again.

Lovely comfy room and spacious queen bed listed as single (so a nice bonus there). All staff were friendly and helpful - especially Paul on the front desk who sorted me out a working remote control within minutes. Lovely breakfast too.

The decor, fittings, and furnishings are very dated but doesn’t detract from the cozy room and comfy bed in a quiet location but very close to shops bars and restaurants. Ample free paring is a bonus. I was out too early to sample the breakfast but it smelled good!

Really like this hotel. Small, friendly, a home from home in many respects. Very comfortable bed, lovely room. Excellent breakfast. Superb, caring staff. Only minor issue on this visit was the room tv mysteriously switched itself on at 3.15am and woke me up. I addressed this on the second night by switching it off at the mains. We will be back!

We were attending an event at Harewood House so only needed a one night stay. Haley's Hotel is set in a lovely quiet area with some beautiful Grade II listed houses in a tree lined road. The hotel was very clean, comfortable with a charming country house elegance.The staff were very welcoming and Haley's has the added bonus of on site parking. Complimentary toiletries, trouser press and ironing board etc made this hotel feel much nicer than the corporate modern ones. Superb breakdast and plentiful to suit all tastes. Within walking distance of a plethora of restaurants and shops Would highly recommend.

Past it’s sell by date

Stayed here a few times but won’t be any longer. Tired hotel in need of a refurb. Shower pressure was pathetic, it took about 20 mins to have a shower. And the radiators were on despite it being 29° outside.
