Staff were mega. Arrived 2hrs early got checked in and a free room upgrade. There was free complementary items in the room. The staff even gave me discount on my next stay on check out. Would definitely stay here again. The location is excellent, 5 min from loads of bars and restaurants.

We stayed for a night for a birthday celebration. On arrival, the receptionist had informed us that we received a free upgrade on our room! The room was lovely. Lovely decor, felt cosy and very comfortable. The fridge had milk in for our use and a couple of breakfast bits which were complimentary. The reception staff also informed us that we could get free bread & eggs to make in our room for breakfast, we just needed to help ourselves. The bed was also very comfortable. Location wise, it was approx a 10 minute walk directly into the centre. We didn’t manage to use the hotel car park due to being fully booked but Q park was a 5 minute walk away. To conclude, our stay was lovely. We were so happy with everything. The room and location was perfect for us. We would definitely recommend booking especially if you want to stay somewhere that feels a little bit fancy.

Awesome place to stay in Leeds. 5 minute walk to the centre. Nice quiet area. Great apartment with kitchen, diner, living room, seperate bedroom, nice bathroom and even a washing machine. It had a microwave, cooker, dishwasher, beautifully laid table and stylish furniture. The staff were SUPER friendly and upgraded us to check us in early. Fridge was well stocked snd you voikd get free fresh bread from an area in reception. There is also a bar and beautiful courtyard area off the reception. Could not fault it - all for the same price as a tiny room in the Hilton with no facilities. Will definitely book again.
