This is a nice new house in a new subdivision. There is tons of room, in great conditions, everything works, and is comfortable for a range of person count and ages. We stayed for holidays, near family, with both older and younger relatives, and it was a great home base. As a regular short-term renter, this is overall a great find and value for the area. The owner was responsive and friendly for some minor issues. Only caveat: the lovely back patio does open onto wetlands, with lots of wildlife (we saw otters!) and screened against bugs. But the whole neighborhood is cheek-to-jowl, so patio time is accompanied by the neighboring A/Cs, pool pumps, and such. Still lovely visually, though!

Golf trip

The house was clean and neat. The accommodations were ideal for 6 golfers on the trip. Communication with the property owner was exceptional.
