Room was great, staff were incredible and went out there way to make they stay the best it could be. Spa and gym were both great. A perfect few days away to celebrate my mums birthday with an added surprise birthday card and cake from the management team. It’s the small details that make a difference.

Apparently it’s getting pulled down and rebuilt. Love the place/proximity etc - just had a bit of a problem with a couple rats running around 😨

Hotel was great. Main issue not enough lounges and umbrellas around pool. People leaving towels and items on lounges going away from pool area. Should be limit of 30 minutes and pool staff should remove items from lounges

I expected more!

We arrived late at night, but we had not hot water. Beds were very comfy. Hotel not on beach, it’s across the very busy beach. In the morning still no hot water… and staff did not really apologize for us having to take cold showers… I felt like they didn’t really care.

Loved staying at Niksoma! Beautiful hotel in the heart of Legian and its proximity to the beach and the shopping lanes & village is awesome! The staff are all lovely and friendly and I loved the entertainment every night! Food at breakfast is beautiful with a great selection of tasty dishes! I’ll sure be back at Niksoma again! Thank you
