Our accommodation was ample in size, we had issues with black water coming out of bathroom and kichenette taps and took 24 hrs to rectify, room service plates left outside took 24 to remove. Management didn't offer anything. It was ok but will look at other resorts next time.

Property is in a great spot opposite the beach with lots of great restaurants and shopping in easy walking distance.
It was very clean and tidy. The staff were lovely and worked very hard to keep the place clean.
The rooms were very nice and huge and had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, dining and lounge room as well as a large balcony.
Breakfast was nice, enough of a range to keep the family happy, eggs and omelettes cooked fresh for you.
There is a great kids pool area for small kids.
Downsides- people let fireworks off on the beach all night from when it gets dark until sometimes 4 in the morning and it woke us up every night.
Our lounge was broken when we got there( it was old and had been fixed many times before judging by all the different screws in the bottom of it) and they came and tried to fix it but couldn’t and they took it away and never brought us another one.
The pool isn’t one you can just relax in as you can’t stand up in there. Except for a small ledge on part of one side. And the spa area. Although they did have some noodles and floatation devices you could use.
It was good enough for the price we paid but I’d probably look somewhere else next time.

The staff were helpful. What wasn’t helpful was my Studio Apartment was one of a number that face the Pool. From 7-00am til late music booms from breakfast bar/ restaurant. On my last morning I was looking to a lie in but no, at 7am loud atonal synthesised temple music blared forth with bass vibrations to my room. If that wasn’t bad enough I had to ring reception to ask to turn the loud music off at 10-15pm. There was no one in the restaurant.
I’d recommend people not to stay in these Studio Apartments. You get a King bed, a 2 seater lounge and 2 Poofs and a low coffee table. There is no cutlery or dishes available. There is tea making facilities but no coffee.
A small round table with two chairs would mean customers could enjoy a snack or a take away meal. These rooms are very basic. Considering I paid approx $100 pn it wasn’t good value.
My other concerns were that the shower has no front screen so water floods the floor and makes for slippery tiles. Get up in the night for a pee and go back to bed with wet feet.
Also the sliding doors of the apartment didn’t close properly-insects found an easy opening.
Also thehotel needs to put shade cover around the pool. It was stinking hot there last week and once you came out of the water there’s no cooler spot to sit.
Overall the hotel is run down and hopefully some repair work will be done soon.
If I had to stay there again I’d want a room at the back of the property away from the restaurant.

My 4 yr old loves the kids water play area. The hotel is rundown, pool has no steps if your older and tiles falling off. Room only cleaned twice out of 6 nights only after I asked them too. Disappointed stay, but the 4 yr old loves the kids area. I will not stay here again.

Great children’s playground and facilities. Staff were excellent and upgraded room and able to provide 6pm checkout. Rooms were spacious and balcony huge. Maybe only criticism was servicing of room every 2 days.
