They offered amenities on line and on map that they did not have, Food in restaurants was sub par and service was slow. Water park had safety issues.

Cold and pricey during renovation

There was renovation going on. The price was double for standard. The heat kept turning off. Staff is not compassionate. Reception area for kids was so cold for the activities.

Check in is slow and understaffed. Dont use the sofa bed as an option for anyone to sleep on....cant expect a dog to sleep on it. Getting a blanket and pillow because there were none in closet was a project. Kids love it here but from a value and service perspective, not so much
