There were children screaming and running in the hallway well past midnight. I brought my fiancé for a relaxing Valentine’s Day night out. I was told the room was sound proof. It was not quiet at all. I would like a refund for what was supposed to be a special night

The room was spotless. The front desk staff were very friendly. I had difficulty getting the room tv to work and was helped within minutes of calling the front desk. The room was totally soundproof. I never heard any noise at all. The complimentary breakfast was good, however, the toaster needs replacing. I would have given 5 stars, but the water pressure was ridiculously low.

Dislikes are soft mattress and continuous and noisy HVAC. Staff and cleanliness were fine. Local Asian restaurant is fabulous and the primary reason we stay there.
