We always stay at this hotel when we drive between Florida and Michigan. Recently we drove until 1AM in order to reach this hotel for our overnight stay. We got a late start and knew we'd be arriving quite late. So we called ahead and the staff was SO ACCOMADATING and understanding of our late arrival which made our drive to get to the hotel so much less stressful. The staff at this hotel always makes it so easy for us to check in and out. The hotel is pet friendly and yet it is very clean and updated. I really like the way that they are remodeling it right now. The new floors, etc will make it even better when people stay with pets. So much easier for staff to insure that every room is sparkling clean for each guest (with pets or not). The best thing about this hotel is that pets stay free! This fact is a HUGE plus for us! We are not hassled about our pets during our stay and we actually feel that are pets our welcome at this hotel. The only thing that I wish was different at this hotel is the parking. It's very tight. We will continue to stay overnight at this hotel as long as management continues to do all they are doing to make use feel welcome. Special thanks to the staff! We appreciate you!!

Our room had an unpleasant smell. There were tiny ants all over the counter/ bedside table. Didn't request a handicapped accessible room. Shower got water all over the bathroom floor b/c of poor construction. Bathroom floor was filthy. Blue tape securing parts of the walls in the building. I will NEVER stay in another LaQuinta Inn if this is what I have to expect.⁰

Great Hotel to Stay At

The lady at the check-in and check-out was very nice and helpful. The place was really clean, and the room and bathroom were so neat. The pool was warm too, which made swimming much more enjoyable. The breakfast was very good too and had a good variety of options to choose from. Would definitely stay here again when in the area.

We usually stay at a LaQuinta when on the road. Our room was handicap accessible and the shower was outstanding. Wish the breakfast offered scrambled eggs.

Comfy bed!

Hotel is renovating, but it didn't bother us. Our room was quiet and spacious. Comfortable seating. The bed was great!! I often have trouble sleeping on hotel mattresses because they're too firm--this one was just right. Nice selection at breakfast. Easy check in and check out.

Although it wasn't really the hotel's fault, there was dog urine all over the place. The staff was cleaning it up but it was not pleasant riding in an elevator that a dog had just peed all over. Then we were walking towards breakfast and there was more dog pee in the lobby. Very off-putting!

Not bad, still a work in progress

Hotel is being renovated but most areas are finished. Our room was clean, new linens, furniture etc but details were lacking. Bathroom door wouldn’t stay open, newly painted surfaces were already chipped/ missing paint and surfaces were sticky/tacky and odor from new carpet. Complimentary breakfast was ok, nothing special. Hotel is fine for one night during travel (which is what we did).

Terrible stay

Unfortunately our stay was not so nice. Both our rooms were musty smelling and two of the beds had hair and dirt in the sheets. AC did not work in either room. Hotel was so noisy at night. Some kids that apparently lived in the hotel were running around the hallways at 3am. Also be aware there is a "Gentleman's Club" right next door at the Days Inn which tells you a lot about some of the people staying and hanging around at the hotel. Definitely not family friendly.
