This unit, named Whirlaway after the legendary American Triple Crown winner, is one of six newly renovated units in our luxury Airbnb property. You will have access to your own private unit, one parking spot, the community patio area and the snack/coffee bar in the lobby, which we keep stocked with delicious local treats.

When you arrive, you will park in the lot behind the building and enter through the side door. A portion of the bottom floor is dedicated to office space for W Principles, while the rest of the building is devoted to 3FORTY Airbnbs!

Perfect Distance to Rupp Arena!

I booked this place based on its correlation to Rupp Arena. I had tickets to an event and didn't want to fight with parking or traffic, so the plan was to find a place within walking distance and THIS WAS IT! There couldn't be a more perfect place! The location was perfect, the place was perfect, the bed was so comfortable! They even had extra amenity baggies should you have forgotten anything, such as toothbrushes, razors, etc (which we did lol). It was clean, tastefully decorated, smelled nice. I would definitely stay here again! If I HAD to find anything to complain about, it's that the floors must be a bit thin because you can really hear the people walking around above you. I wear earplugs to sleep anyways, so it didn't bother me much.

We came to Lexington for the Railbird Festival. Whirlaway was amazing! It was a perfect spot! Everything was perfect! Comfy bed, beautiful space, and all the extras made for an incredible weekend!!! We will be back!

Great location, fantastic property

I had an unexpected last minute need to travel to Lexington over Christmas and booked this property. The size of the unit was huge and filled with some really wonderful and convenient details - cold drinks, coffee/teas, throw blankets etc. The decor is wonderful and the bed is SUPER comfortable. Looks like all Restoration Hardware design. Walking distance to downtown easily, convenient parking and super easy check in. Outside looks like an older office building but inside....WOW. Absolutely staying there next time I am in town.
