No good first impression. Main door into the lobby has the lock broken off. Very poor lobby appearance. Room was clean. Tub and toilet room is very tiny. NO HOT WATER. Although the room was booked well in advance, i was given the room right next to a soda machine and just few feet from the elevator, also on the noisy highway traffic side of the building. I booked this room for people i couldn't host at my place. I will not use this hotel for future guests.

We were greeted by the friendliest manager who looked up dining options for us before directing us to our room. The room itself wasn't huge, but did have a king bed, microwave and fridge and enough room to set up our dog's crate. The room and bathroom were very clean, the bed was comfy and the TV had a sleep timer (many do not). Being so close to the highway, i was aware of the traffic noise, but otherwise it was quiet. I liked having inside access rather than opening our door directly to the outside. In the morning we had cereal and yogurt, foregoing the biscuits and gravy. I was disappointed there were no bagels or sweet rolls, but everything was very clean. The manager was there again to see us off with a bright smile and cheerful attitude. We'll definitely be staying there the next time we're on our way south and will recommend this hotel to our friends.
