Just one hour from Prague, 15 minutes from Litoměřice, and 10 minutes from the town of Úštěk, you’ll find spacious accommodations for families with children, as well as for lovers of tourism, nature, historical sites, and those seeking peace and quiet and fine wine.
A completely renovated house called House 44 is already waiting for you. We also offer breakfast (buffet-style), which can be booked at least two days in advance or upon request (the price is not included in the room rate).

Ground Floor:
You enter the house through a small hallway that leads to the living room with a tiled stove, a large sofa, and satellite TV.
On the first floor, you’ll also find a dining room with a kitchenette and large French windows that open onto the lush garden.
There’s also a bathroom with a shower, a separate toilet, and a spacious closet.

A small staircase then leads to a bedroom with a double bed and an en suite bathroom with a bathtub. Finally, there is a children’s room that sleeps 4 on two comfortable sofa beds.

Attic:
A spiral staircase leads to the attic, where there is a second bedroom with a double bed and satellite TV. The room also features a private balcony overlooking the vineyard.

Garden (approx. 1,850 m²):
The vacation home is surrounded by a large, fenced-in garden, 2 gazebos with a smokehouse, a grill, and a 6 x 3 m swimming pool.

Bathroom facilities:
There are 2 bathrooms available on the first floor. The first has a toilet, shower, and washing machine; the second has a bathtub and toilet. There is also a separate toilet.

The property, including the gardens and swimming pool, is available exclusively to HAUS44 guests and no one else.

Heating:
Heat pump and wood-burning stove.

Transportation, Parking:
Parking directly at the building in a fenced-in lot for 2 cars, and in front of the house for one additional car.

I will welcome you personally and provide you with all the necessary information about the property. My colleagues and I are also happy to assist you during your stay; the front desk is located 20 meters from the house.

Ideas for walks and excursions
1. An easy walk to Jelče takes 30 minutes, is 2 km long, and leads through beautiful pastures.
2. If you have more energy, you can extend the walk to the ruins of Lityš Castle. The hike there takes a little over an hour.
3. The hike to the summit of Mount Sedlo (726 m) takes about 2 hours. From the majestic summit, you can enjoy a beautiful view into the distance.
4. Take a trip to the picturesque town of Úštěk, the magical Lake Chmelař with its sandy beach, the mysterious Helfenburg Castle, and visit Calvary Hill near the village of Ostré.
5. The Zubrnice Open-Air Museum, passing through the town of Levín, famous for its pottery.
6. The fairytale Ploskovice Castle.
7. The royal town of Leitmeritz.
