the hilton is overall a good place to stay, the location was perfect, but definitely could be cleaner. the elevator was really small and needs some updating. the hot tub was more like a lukewarm bath rather than a hot tub, but was doable. beds could also be comfier, the pillows were not it.

The property is a bit dated Altho bathroom was new. The bed was very comfy! Very nice ocean front property with protected swim area ideal for everyone of all ages. Close to everything. We will go back.

The location was great and the hotel lobby was awesome. However the rooms were not so good, crappy and smelly, they didn't offer house keeping during stay (in spite of requests), the beds were sagging. The pool also needs an uplift

Poor customer service skills and bad rooms!

Normally we would stay in the cabanas however they didn’t have any open reservations this time. The room was terrible the bathroom didn’t have any locks on the main door and the shower had NO doors! The girl at the front desk was rude and absolutely no customer service skills. She wanted to charge me for everything she could! I’m sorry but I wouldn’t stay at this hotel anymore!!!!

Lots of fees and taxes that you really need to read the fine print about.. $25 per day hotel fee.. for activities not many people actually use. Super high food prices..

Great location! Great beach for kids and adults. Service okay. 2 small pools with cloudy water. Definitely need some cosmetic renovation If you buying breakfast option - don't expect something extra, Standart continental. Everything for extra pay. But you can have free coffee at reception and ask for beach blanket.

The property was dated, which we could accept. What was not acceptable was the water treatment plant steps from our door and the smell we couldn’t get away from. Somehow we got off schedule for housekeeping so we got missed a few times. The restaurant was mediocre at best but the snack shack was great and the staff was very friendly.

This property is right on the beach and is well maintained. My only complaint is that there is a two day rotation on rooms being serviced. You can get replacement towels for your room anytime, but our room was skipped for three days. The only inconvenience with that was having towels and toiletries without having to go to the front desk. I would recommend this property for families. My wife, kids, and I loved staying here.

Large room, older but maintained well with bathroom that has been remodeled. The biggest disappointment was the restaurant for which the food quality, especially for breakfast, could only be characterized as poor.

not terrible just overpriced. There is a 25 dollar per day resort fee and 25 dollars per day parking fee so that can really add up! Staff generally nice.
