We tipped housekeeping the first day to come back to a bed that wasn't fully made, trash and dirty towels left in the room. The hot tub was out of order with no signage (until the last day we were there). When asked about it the staff said it had been out of service for some time and was waiting on a part. Both the pool and spa were dirty. The only saving grace was its location as we were able to see the entire island conveniently and eat close by in Kapa'a.

The hotel is super old and run down. Rugs outside the rooms and inside were disgusting. Couldn’t open the slider door that lead to the beach because it was rusted out. The ponds around the building were nasty and green. Overall horrible.

Only 2 things good is close to airport and good view of sea. Very old facility, free breakfast is a joke ( very less quantity and less option), hilton brand don't really justify in this property. I would suggest to book some other property which has good breakfast and less expensive.

Breakfast was fine. Front desk staff mostly could care less. Manager charged us an extra $500, and then disappeared, we have to appeal to our credit card. This place sucks, avoid at all costs

Where to start — the WiFi down, the bar closing at 9, the handicapped room they gave me with shower for a 3 foot tall person ( not requested, needed or appreciated) or the cockroach on the dresser greeting me? Slap on a resort fee and $300 a night? ‘Nuff said.

I hope this message finds you well. My husband and I are a bit disappointed regarding our current reservation. When we booked, we paid an extra $80 specifically to have breakfast included during our stay. However, upon arrival, we were informed that it is now being offered only as a credit instead of the included breakfast we already paid for. We understand that internal changes may occur, but we respectfully request that the original agreement be honored, as we chose this hotel mainly because of the included breakfast. It was an important factor in our decision and in the total cost we accepted. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and hope you can help us resolve this issue so that we can fully enjoy our stay.
