Great disabled parking spot! Light apparently burnt out. Zero illumination along walkway. Porch light inoperable. Inside hall light doesn't work. Were NOT given parking pass when we checked in. Were not given directions how to get to room when we checked in. we were advised there is no manager on duty again until Monday, but are reasonably certain corporate office will be ready to address any number of ADA registration desk is NOT welcoming to guests using a wheelchair nor guests short in stature as it's high & there's not a low cut-out. We weren't apprised of a $25 charge for self parking our car nor of the $100 hold on our credit card for incidentals! Very disappointed!! shortcomings when given the information we intend to document and forward.

The first room we got had roaches. When my husband went downstairs to let them know, they were dismissive and responded that they don’t have bugs but they can spray bug spray. However, it was 10pm and our kids were sleeping already so we declined. Then I called front desk myself and they agreed to move us to a different room. The new room had a mildew smell but at least we didn’t see roaches. The hotel itself was pretty dated. It did have a nice coy fish pond and garden but the rooms can definitely be cleaner (like the walls and borders).

We loved our stay!!! Staff were very friendly. The access to the beach was nice! The breakfast was disappointing and over priced. The tiki bar was fun! We would stay here again!!
