Great location to go to the beach or pool. The bed mattress was great. The best we had on our trip. I liked the patio that had tall plants in front of it for privacy and all the wild chickens that came to visit us. When we first got there the cable remotes were not working along with cable tv. But the issue was handled by Crystal quickly!

The accommodations inside the condo were comfortable. There were issues with the property grounds that would give us pause to recommend it. The gas grills were not functioning so we couldnā€™t barbecue. The hot tub was out of order our entire stay. The Outrigger was undergoing renovations as well as a number of other condo buildings are fenced off, and the lanai had a lot of mosquitoes so we couldnā€™t use it. Not sure if there were so many mosquitoes because of the recent rains or if the grounds were not being sprayed. In fairness, we did not contact the host as all the issues we had were really outside their control. The location was good, I would just recommend asking about the grounds and amenities before staying at the Kauai Beach Villas.

The room was clean and in good order. Parking was very convenient. The kitchen had no stock past salt and pepper. The biggest issue was actually outside on the lanai. Chickens are ever present and feces droppings were on the patio. I had to clean it so we could enjoy the outside area.

The resort amenities were nice, but a lot of the resort is under construction. The weather turned poor and there really wasn't a nice indoor place for lunch, or lobby to be in. The condo was a good size for a family of 3, but 4 would be tight. Water heater was itty bitty and barely enough for 1 person to get a hot shower before it would run out with a low shower head, it was not ideal. An afternoon of elbow grease, some replacing of light switches that are worn out, and steam cleaning would go a long way to bring it to 5 stars. Not the property owners deal but the hot tub was no useable 3 out of the 6 days we were there. Good things, the condo has everything you need to make some meals, pizza pans, cookie sheets, rice cookers, you name it, they had it. A/C and Heat worked really well. Overall, it was a very quiet, pleasant stay in the perfect location on the island, easily accessible to everything, and the extra chairs, towels, and beach toys were a real plus!

A great value and a comfortable stay

Our family of four had a comfortable and relaxing stay here. The full kitchen and in-unit washer & dryer were such time and money savers. Communication from the host was timely and thorough. The property is older, but the condo was well appointed and clean. Our kids loved the pools. The location is convenient for both north sore and south beaches excursions. We'd happily stay here again and would recommend to others.
