Many of my family members were vacationing in Kauai the same time as us so we were able to compare condos, properties, amenities, cleanliness, prices, etc with the condo we stayed at. For the price it was not worth it. The condo is very outdated, the upstairs bathroom/laundry room smelled very moldy/mildewy and the washer was always throwing an error code so we had to go into town to do laundry. The balcony is near the smoking area so if you're a smoker that's convenient but we didn't like it. The pool was nothing to be excited about. The check-in process was long because the owner forgot to inform the front desk about our arrival. I will be using another property and condo next time, for us the price didn't match the quality you'd expect.

Centrally located Banyan Harbor

Stayed in condo F20 and it was nice although the pictures on the VRBO site appeared to be a different condo that looked a little more modern. It was clean and everything worked but had trouble with the TV remote(s). Called the owner, Patrick, and he came quickly to change remote out. TV worked fine after that. I liked that we were actually close to the banyan trees and that we discovered a back way to the pool. Second time staying, affordable and centrally located as we have family and friends on both the east side and south shore. We will return. Mahalo.

Great location and resort but inaccurate description

Nice resort and great location to explore the entire island and walking distance to a beautiful beach and restaurants. Great communication from the owner. Good overall value. We just wish the photos would have reflected the actual unit we were getting. The property is not the one shown in the photos. The bedrooms were described as spacious in the description and that is not the case. The unit was well stocked with beach towels, chairs and beach toys but was missing basic things such as no washcloths and only 3 normal sized spoons.

Great location but unit not as advertised

Arrival check in was perfect, but upon entering the unit, it was not the unit what was advertised...... we would stay again but, we would encourage the host to update the listing based on which unit is being rented. Host was responsive and quick to answer but we had to initiate instructions for checking in. Overall it was a good stay, thank you.

Everything you need to enjoy Kauai

Equiped with all things you most things you need and use at home. Even has beach supplies like noodles and boogie boards. The beach close by is great for swimming and learning to surf. Not much to see for snorkeling. There are a lot of sea turtles further down in the bay, just watch for their heads! Would stay again.

We would totally stay there again!

At first glance I wasn't impressed, but we ended up loving it. The location was fantastic. Easy to get anywhere. Great view of a beautiful bay from the pool.
