This ground floor family-friendly unit will be your home away from home in gorgeous Lincoln City.  The ideal location and convenient beach access is only the beginning on why #163 Toys "R" Walrus is the perfect pick for your next getaway. 



This unit is perfect for the avid reader. The comfy and cozy living room is equipped with a floor to ceiling fully stocked library of books ranging from children to adult stories and novels for you to enjoy while curled up in front of the fireplace as you watch an amazing sunset over the ocean. The newly remodeled kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you will need to whip up your favorite family meal.



The sleek oven flat top and stunning new backsplash makes you feel like you are a chef in an executive kitchen. Having two full bathrooms in the unit will have everyone in your party excited. The primary private bedroom features a new Serta king bed, convenient lighting, a second flat screen TV full-size dresser to give you all the comforts of home. The en-suite bathroom has a detached sink and vanity, which makes getting ready for your beach excursion for the day a breeze!



We are conveniently located directly across the street from the Surftides Plaza Condominiums private beach access, so getting your toes in the sand is just a short walk from your condo. Take a dip in our indoor swimming pool or challenge your friends and family in our on-site game room.

The unit itself was a nice unit with views. It has plenty of space. It had everything we needed for a nice trip. I just wished they would have vacuumed better with cheerios and sand everywhere.

This unit was under construction upon arrival. The deck slider was completed taped off and fully inaccessible, making the “ocean view” booking as false advertising. Upon arrival to the parking garage that was under construction, I started to feel like this wasn’t the getaway we booked. Garage was sketchy, not up to code, and a middle support beam was removed with 2x4s in place of a legit support beam, and still letting cars park down there — wild! No clear access signs to the unit, lots of construction equipment down there — we drove out to access the the unit, that’s when disappointment set in. I’m not usually one to leave a negative review, but after speaking to management, this was next level poor customer service. After 30 min on the phone with “management”, they stated that they sent an email, (not a Vrbo notification) a few days before notifying of construction, and that the cancellation window ended the day before — previously I received multiple push notifications about the stay from them through Vrbo. Basically, they stated that there was nothing they could do for us, but that we were more than welcome to stay and were very rude and unapologetic about it. Needless to say, we did not stay there, and last minute booked with Coho, which was a wonderful experience. VRBO finally agreed to refund half of our stay, while surftides did nothing. I would not trust booking with this property, as you’re on your own with no support if your trip goes wrong. So disappointing!
