Parking was not ideal. Very slim spaces and if you decide to leave in the evening there is a high possibility you won’t even get a parking space when you return. My husbands car got dinged just because the parking was too close to each other.

we ended up getting a room with no view of the ocean which we thought we were getting and the bed frame was dangerous with sharp pointy edges that scraped our knees on more than once.

If your a pet owner, this property is for you. For us non pet owners, we found the room filthy with dog hair everywhere. We asked for them to come and vacuum it up.. either they didn't do it or they need a new vacuum. Also, we had to close our sliding doors as someone was smoking weed all evening.

We cannot wait to go back to this place. It was perfect. Except for the lighting in the room. No light in the shower area made it tricky to stay there with my dad. The king suite was clearly intended for romantic relationships.

Great relaxing room

Staff were warm & welcoming at check-in & check-out. The room had an amazing view of the beach and access was very easy. The bed was comfortable and the tub was perfect after several days of traveling. Complimentary Chowder was offered in the evening though i didnt take advantage of it. The complimentary breakfast before checkout was good and started the day well. Will plan on booking here again for future travel.

Do not stay on the first floors, the view is blocked with overgrown grass . The shower and tub is in the open of the room so depending who you are traveling with, it might not be suitable.

WARM outdoor pool

Smallest hotel room I have ever been in! Cozy and comfortable though. The outdoor pool is heated! I have been to hotels where the pool is supposed to be heated and froze; not the case here! A delightful surprise at how warm it was. Staff was great but was basically told that because I had booked with a third party and in turn they were not making much from my stay I was getting a basic and maybe not the nicest room in the hotel. Made me feel bad for booking it at all really! Had a good time either way at the beach. Super easy access to the beach, comfortable bed, great pool. Would stay again but maybe call the hotel directly, I guess.
