Vacation get away to this cozy open floor concept condo. You will have a front row seat for each unique sunset!!! After a long day on the beach you can make meals in this fully stocked all new kitchen, where you still have a clear view of the beach and ocean. As evening comes and the amazing sunset is starting, you can have a bonfire on the lite beach until well past dark. You can end any fun filled by day watching a movie or show, read a book then fall into the comfortable pull out queen sofa sleeper queen bed in the front suite. Let the sounds of the ocean crashing on the sand calm you to sleep. Or if you choose there is also the second queen bed in the private bedroom with it own private full bathroom.
Wake in the morning to the sight of the beautiful blue Pacific Ocean, and get ready for another great day!!! The 7 mile flat sandy beach right out front is the location where the finder keeper glass balls are hidden, always a fun time to try to find one. Perhaps today you and the kids take a break and swim in the large indoor heated salt water pool,You can swim or play for hours and still have time to go on hikes or maybe kayak in the D lake across the street. There are many beach stores within walking distance or a short 5 minute drive to the shopping mall. Your stay will go fast and you will look forward to your next stay before you even head home. The kitchen was great... we did not find any pot holders, so we used a kitchen towel to get stuff out of the oven. We did NOT go anywhere close to the pool, so I really can't rate it. We loved the location and walked the beach numerous times.

Mom/daughter trip

My daughter and I stayed here while we were on our mom/daughter trip to celebrate her 21st birthday. We walked in and were so happy to see such a beautiful and clean condo. She got her own bedroom and bathroom and I took the sofa bed in the main living area but also had my own bathroom. The kitchen had everything we needed and all the appliances and kitchen items were good quality and made it a pleasure to cook there. We were very comfortable and happy staying here and Patty was great at communicating. We will definitely stay here again!

Refund of one night and fees please

Property was not as described in booking. We were supposed to be on the ground floor. Was told the room changed due to renovations and the heater did not work in the room that it was chaned to either. Was told by the property manager that we would be refunded half of our booking. Thats all im asking.Would appreciate a refund. please and thank you for your assistance

Kite Festival

I want to start with all the wonderful and work my way down. Our condominium was exactly as described. Nice to have a private bedroom in the back with private bathroom. The kitchen was small but very functional and had lots of things to cook with. There was plenty of seating and nice to be able to have a fire on the beach. The condo had a view of the Kite Festival which was amazing and the Ocean was right below us. Cant ask for more there. We were able to make a bon fire on the beach and cooked some food for lunch down there. The down side was that we were right by the stairs that had a water spicket there that you could hear loudly inside the condo whenever anyone used it which was very often as it open for all people staying at The Sea Gypsy Condos. Also your unable to turn off the very bright lights on both the front and back of condo. Minor inconvenience for me as I'm a good sleeper but others in my party were disturbed by the lights. The other down side which has absolutely nothing to do with condo or owners, but as people walked by they would stare into our condo which was rather disturbing. The pool was kind of rundown and wasnt very warm. The hot tub and pool were same temperature. The condos are older. Id say 70s or 80s it suit our needs tho. The owner was extremely responsive to all questions prior to druing and after check checkout. Patty was great to work with. Thank you for our stay. Id overall give it a 4 stars. bathrrombsthroom

Sea Gypsy stay

The property was cute and convenient with beautiful views of the waves. Great access to the beach. Pool area was nice but could use some updates and would be better with a hottub also. Overall was a great stay.

Location was everything for this condo, but that was all it had going for it. The smell at first entering was sour, the carpets were stained, paint and plaster peeling in the bathroom, and stuff stuck to the ceiling. The walls are paper thin, we listened to our neighbor snore the first night. Booking was easy, directions were great, and check in a breeze.

Best location, solid stay

This condo offered a fantastic location, putting us right in the heart of the city's best spots. The unit was clean and comfortable, though the kitchen could benefit from an update. While all basics were covered, we found the sliding glass door a bit challenging and the sofa bed less than ideal for the 5th guest. The real star of the show was the ocean view. We loved spending our mornings and evenings strolling along the beach and catching the waves. Check-in was a breeze, and communication with the property manager was efficient. Overall, we had a great time and would happily recommend this place to others. A few minor tweaks could elevate it to perfection, but it still deserves a solid 4.5 out of 5 stars.

Couldn’t have asked for better beach access!! Space was adequate for 2 adults and 2 children. Owner was quick to answer when I contacted her regarding dirty floors upon arrival. Unfortunately cleaning service was unavailable so we did the cleaning ourselves, as best we could. Loved the ocean and sunset views out the sliding doors.
