This was a big disappointment. Starting with the good - the view and location are beautiful! The rooms were clean enough, but definitely lacked attention to detail. Now the bad. The indoor pool is freezing. There were several families in there and everyone’s teeth were chattering. The water and air are simply cold as heck. The sauna and steam room were out of order and no kids are allowed in the hot tub (another family got yelled at for trying to warm up their son after the pool). The walls are paper thin. We had to listen to a dog jump and pace for hours throughout the night and in the early morning hours. Our entire family was awake by 6am due to the noise. You can hear every single movement. The front desk didn’t even call the room after we complained about excessive noise. Our toilet was leaking. When we went to check out everyone seemed to have complaints regarding broken amenities whether that was tv, drains not working, cold water etc. Will absolutely not be returning.

Pool was not warm enough to enjoy, Sadly. The pool house is really cool though. TV was confusing to use, and one of our rooms the TV didn't work. but we weren't there to watch TV so it didn't matter a lot. all in all we like the property and the price was good.

Room was nice. Bed was comfy. View was amazing. Hot tub/pool could use some cleaning and updating. Inside paint looked like it has mold. Area around hot tub was not clean. Hair all over the tile. Water in the hot tub needed cleaning. Brown foam scum around the edges. Steam room and sauna were out of order. That was very disappointing. I asked for a late check out and they wanted to charge me $50 for a 1 hour late check out and $100 for a 2 hour. I could understand maybe if it was a busy Friday or Saturday. This was a Monday. The parking lot was almost empty. Very annoying.

Needs updating, poor conditions, rude front desk

Without taking our name to see if our room was ready 15minutes before checkin time, front desk was rude & said no rooms are ready (but they'd magically be ready in 15mins?!). Front door was stuck and hard to open/close. Toilet broken & had to hold handle down entire time to flush, toilet lid in bad shape & peeling up. Faucet in bathroom constantly leaked. Leather chair in room was peeling in bad shape. And stains on bed sheets-had to go get new/clean sheets for the bed! Gross! Desperate need of updates, wont return!
