Motel 6 - accommodation in Lincoln

Everything was clean, the staff was friendly. It is in an out of the way location, so it is very quiet and convenient for where we needed to be. They are remodeling, so there was a lot of activity and additional noise. They did try to keep it from inconveniencing the guests, but it was right next door to our room, so unfortunately we did hear a lot. My main issues were I had asked on check-in (we were there for 2 nights) for a late check out and I was told to ask the next day, and then the next day. No one could give me a definite answer, so it was difficult to plan around. I understand that they had others wanting late check out also, but I feel like I could have been given a more definite answer since we asked 2 days before. Also, I had to double check the morning of, just to get confirmation. The hair dryer kept shutting off when in use and we had to reset it constantly to use it. The electrical outlet that it was permanently connected to was concerning. The door did not close or latch correctly, so we had to constantly check that it was latched, but there was still a lot of space between the door and frame. Minor issues - the overall stay was great and we would stay here again.

Great, reasonable priced place to stay when we attended Huskers volleyball and football game over the weekend.

The staff was friendly and the property was well maintained. Excellent place to stay.
