The hotel is conveniently located. The staff was friendly enough. The rooms were cleaned and the bedrooms were comfortable. The restaurant for breakfast is great but I don’t recommend it for other meals. However, we did like the breakfast and the morning staff. Shout out to our waitress Inosha Sashikala, who was always very polite and helpful.

Highly recommended!

We had a large and very comfortable room with a coffee maker which was a nice touch. It was also my birthday during our stay and came back one afternoon to a lovely cake compliments of the hotel. The reception and breakfast room staff were a credit to the hotel making us so welcome and looking after us. The breakfast room was spotless and the buffet displayed beautifully. We used the lounge bar a few times and the service was very friendly there too. The hotel is in a great location with the riverside and Baixa centre easily within a short walk.

This hotel is my first one that I could not mention any thing that would make me uncomfortable or upset. It locates in the center of old city. Restaurants, shops, transportation, and the historic places are all in the walking distance. It is the first hotel that I would sing the praises to the receptionists. There are so knowledgeable, welcoming, supportive, respectful, and professional. Room was clean and warm. Breakfast was good. My stay was great.
