Nice location, friendly and helpful staff but the room was sub-par. Room had dusty bunnies on the wall, the shower had no enclosure and would flood the WHOLE bathroom, and the mattress was very uncomfortable. The bathroom had no ventilation and the whole room would get steamy after we took a shower.

My daughter and I were in Lisbon to visit family and enjoy Christmas. We loved our stay at Behotelisboa! The room was clean and comfortable and soo quiet. The lighting in the room was a little dim for makeup application. We loved that we were on a walking street. Easy to navigate the city from our location. The front desk staff was helpful and courteous. The restaurant connected to the property offered a tasty Christmas Eve menu. Would highly recommend staying here.

Great hotel in a central location - highly recommended. Room was immaculately clean. Staff lovely and really helpful. Delicious breakfast with immense choice. Restaurant very pleasant with good choice for dinner. Whilst visiting it was my husband’s birthday and we returned to the hotel to find a cake waiting for him in the room - a lovely surprise which was greatly appreciated.

Staff was multilingual, personable and helpful in making sure we understood how the key/security of the room worked. They treated us like royalty! The rooms were modern, clean and the location was perfect for all the things we wanted to do with our first visit to Lisbon. We highly recommend this hotel and staff. Be aware that the street it's located on doesn't allow vehicle traffic after 10am, so it can be a challenge to get to it via taxi. The concierge service arranged for our travel from the airport and to the port, so we had no issues with our luggage.
