Friendly, welcoming staff that truly make you feel cared for. The hotel is clean, chic, beautifully decorated, and has a great atmosphere. The location is excellent — right on a lively street with restaurants and within walking distance to the castle and many of Lisbon’s main attractions. A wonderful stay overall.

A great welcome from the front desk team with a glass of port and pastel de nata! The hotel is in a great location for a first time visitor. Hotel is very clean and issue we had with the shower was resolved in super quick time. Although mattress is very very firm I would be happy to recommend for people to stay here !

We had a wonderful experience. Very helpful staff and a great location. However, one that the street it is on is a walking street most of the the day (except mornings), so know that you will have to walk a bit with your luggage. We loved it ! Close to everything.
