Fab city centre stay!

Lovely stay for the Lisbon Half Marsthon, staff were all super friendly, room comfortable and perfect location and not noisy given your right in the centre on town. We loved the free water, welcome drink and that the bar didn’t feel like a hotel bar. Perfect location for exploring the city and close to the metro if arriving from the airport at any time. Only think we found frustrating was the lack of towel hooks in the bathroom and the soap being changed everyday was a bit wasteful. You can hear neighbours plugging in things which was a bit odd the first night but these are only tiny niggles!! Would def stay again.

Very customer-focused. I had purchased the room with the breakfast option, not realizing my flight left so early. They had a boxed breakfast ready for me as I was leaving. Also there was a welcome cocktail which was quite delicious!

Well appointed room with beautiful decor. Helpful, friendly staff. The location is amazing, everything you want and need is minutes away. Our only small criticism is that the hotel’s name isn’t prominently displayed at the main entrance. There is a larger sign that says BAR but the hotel name is hidden behind a bush. The side doors, where we were dropped off, have the hotel’s name but don’t open. Luckily the front desk staff was kind enough to come out & wave us in. A fantastic stay, we would happily return.

Enjoyed the stay very much. Great location and very comfortable lounge area. Room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was served in the main hotel a block away. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

This hotel was sooo nice! It's a 30 second walk from the Baixa Chiado metro station. 10 minutes or less walk to the river. The room and restaurant were beautiful! I loved that there was a Nespresso machine in the room. The restaurant was good too! There was some street noise overnight but that's because there were street performers and a big crowd on the adjacent street until like 11. The joys of being on a vibrant street in the city!
