A place to love or not. Situated in a secluded valley, the guesthouse is placed in an old monastery. We spend a week with two families, which we enjoyed, especially the pool, upper terrace and the views. It sometimes felt (and smelt) like staying in a museum, with many different rooms and stairs to navigate. Much of the outside areas need further renovation. There is no mobile phone coverage in the valley. Multiple WiFi access points are available, but good connectivity was only ok in some rooms and the upper terrace. Three dogs also live on the compound which were shy at first, but were part of the group at the end. The host was very kind to us. Waste can be disposed of in one of the sheds, but recycling is not facilitated. A car is needed to explore the area.
