The living room features a comfortable double sofa bed and a wide-screen TV for watching your favourite shows. The classic and spacious apartment is bathed in natural light, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. The balconies offer a charming outdoor refuge, perfect for enjoying the vibrant atmosphere of downtown Lisbon.

The dining room is spacious and offers a dining table for six people, making it easy to enjoy meals together.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, such as a stove, oven, and microwave, to prepare delicious meals. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs, along with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze.

One bedroom features a cosy double bed, while the other has two comfortable single beds, ensuring a good night's sleep for everyone. All the beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Note: Our apartment is situated in an old building in central Lisbon without a lift. It's on the 2nd floor.

A short stroll takes you to the stunning Praça do Comércio, where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the Tagus River or visit the majestic Arco da Rua Augusta for panoramic city vistas. Just around the corner, Rossio Square offers a lively atmosphere with cafés and restaurants, while the famous Elevador de Santa Justa connects you to the trendy Bairro Alto district.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
