I have had a continued good experience with this hotel, as I have stayed here multiple times when traveling, as it is a great option to and from the airport. The staff is friendly, multi-lingual, and the rooms are clean with the necessary basics. The restaurant has good menu options and the staff is very accommodating.. The only disappointment this last stay was the shuttle was not operating and there was no advance notice or sign the next day when we needed it. While we were able to take a taxi, that could've thrown us off schedule for our flight, had we continued to wait on the shuttle. At check-in, we were told the shuttle would be available the next morning, but upon inquiring after aiting for 15 minutes in the lobby for the shuttle, we were told, it was not operating on schedule that day. (No explanation was given, but it could have been due to the strike). We recognize things happen, so it wasn't so much the shuttle wasn't running, but my feedback to the hotel, is to post a sign at the front desk, and/or announce the shuttle is not operating at the designated leave times, so guests know to make other arrangements. Otherwise, thanks for an excellent stay. I recommend this hotel for its accommodations.

The room was a little cold and we asked for a couple extra blankets. The carpet in the hallway gave out some unpleasant odors. The staff was very nice and pleasant. The breakfast was good.

The staff was friendly and attentive. The breakfast was also nice too. The only complaint is the hotel is a bit older and the hallways seemed to smell a bit. Overall the rooms were clean. If you do want to go into the city it's about a 30 minute taxi/uber ride.

Location - you are in the middle of nowhere although close to the airport. Rooms had an odd smell probably from the carpet. Restaurant was awful, do not recommend it at all for dinner but for breakfast it was doable to pick something up to go.

We had booked a quadruple room. When we arrived late at night, we found that the bunk bed in the room was broken, and the room (which was on the second floor) had a very strong and unpleasant smell. This was quite shocking, especially the odor coming from the bathroom. Because the bunk bed was broken, the staff kindly offered us another room. This new room was much better: it was clean and had one double bed and two single beds. The only downside was that access to this room was only by stairs, as there was no elevator for that floor. The staff were polite and helpful, and the breakfast was good. However, if the room had not been changed due to the broken bed, I honestly don’t know how we would have managed the strong bathroom smell in the original room.
