the staff was great, accomodating, helpful and very attentive with everything. also in the room there was free shower cap, toothbrush, toothpaste, hair comb and other things. did not like that the hotel is outdated with the paint and inside the room.

Unfriendly staff at our arrival started all bad, arrived during a storm and the girl took all the time in the word to open up the locked door they have while all were getting fully wet. Install a door opener if you don't like to service others then. The sign at the property is small an too high we passed by without noticing the entrance at all. The zone is walkable but not the best neighbor. For our one night stay it was Ok but not for longer stays.

Shout out to Helena, the receptionist. She’s very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was good. Flooring in our bedroom wasn’t in the best condition, but overall our bedroom condition was good. I would recommend this place for those looking for an easy access location. Its along Tram Route 28 afterall.
