We were informed on booking we would have check in details (key code for front door) emailed to us 24 hours prior to check in. At 14.00 as we were about to board the plane we had still not got any check in information. We had contacted Expedia who tried to contact the apartment management without success. Luckily by the time we had arrived in Lisbon there was an email (this was at check in time NOT 24 hours prior). However it had taken 20 hours of stressful communication with Expedia and emails to the apartment management to get this.
The apartment however was lovely, very well situated for the metro. Many restaurants within a few meters and a grocery store 10 mins walk. The apartment was cleaned daily and towels changed even though we were happy to keep them! I slept on the sofa bed, very comfy and I slept well. The double bed was also deemed comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the shower hot & powerful. The kitchen was well equipped and there were mint tea bags, crackers and jam left to welcome us. I would recommend the apartment, but just be aware you may be left waiting for your check in code! Hopefully this was a one off .
