great budget accommodation in Lisbon

A great location, close to the underground and easy to get to from the airport. My Charm is on the third floor.The room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. The staff were both friendly and helpful. Very good value for money and I will certainly return to this hotel when I visit Lisbon.

It was little shady place. Cramped up room which was tight for 2 people. Not dirty but less comfy. They don't change towels. It could be an option for people on budget and who are out whole day. But price of room is more than what you get.

Nice place with pleasant staff. The only thing we didn't like was the complicated way of getting coffee in the morning, through a vending machine with too many options, and fumbling for the right change. Sugar was free, but had to pay extra for cream. It would have been easier if someone could just brew the coffee in a pot and let guests serve themselves at no cost rather than a vending machine. Otherwise, My Charm met my expectations.

Pros: Walking distance to the Metro station. They allow to store luggage before check in and after check out. Comfortable bed. Great shower pressure and temperature. Cons: The hotel needs to train cleaning staff to report to management if anyone has smoked in the room. We checked in late at night and unfortunately they were all booked out so they couldn’t accommodate us with a different room until the following day. We had to sleep the entire night in a room that stunk of cigarette and experienced headache from the smell. I would have left all five stars if we didn’t experience this.

I usually don't mind shared bathrooms, but this one was built into my room. Between the noise from the tube and the bathroom I didn't sleep much. Really needed a few hours too. And the walls were so thin that I could smell the bathroom. Do NOT stay in room 107. Skip this place and pay the extra $20 down the street.

Excellent budget accommodation

Budget accommodation but clean and well presented , friendly staff .As an old person I struggled to remember all the door lock numbers but got the hang by the second day .Critism about towels fair enough but they are clean .Room and facilities cleaned every day Plenty of supermarket and food outlets nearby just ashoet walk from the metro.
