Pestana Group - accommodation in Lisbon District

The hotel was centrally located and not too far from the City Centre. Rooms were clean and nice. House keeping comes everyday to clean and replenish. The staff were very polite and helpful, answered a y queries I had. Buffet breakfast had an array of choices from breads, fruits, to pastries. Our kids enjoyed the pool only one improvement I'd suggest is to put in like 4 heavy duty fans. That pool house was steaming hot. The Soul restaurant was by far the best. Ivo our server was very attentive to our needs. One con be prepared to pay taxes on everything even non alcoholic beverages and it's not only in this restaurant. It's everywhere.

Very spacious rooms, clean and tidy. Only thing that let the hotel down, was how warm the swimming pool was. Staff very friendly and helpful, would definitely stay again

Really apart/hotel in a lovely location. My room was great, well equipped kitchen, comfy bed, nice space. Really crisp clean linens. Very pleasant reception staff. It was lovely staying somewhere where you can look after yourself but still have that hotel feel. Pool area was really nice, but nowhere near big enough for the size of hotel. The couple of times I sat by the pool there was never any chairs and I had to squeeze myself into a space on the grass. The pool was used just as a cool off area rather than for swimming. However I really enjoyed my stay, mostly young people staying there.
