Review - Residencial Florescente
The location was excellent! 5 minutes walking distance from the Metro and train station. From the front desk to the bar to the pool area, the staff provided exceptional five-star service. The buffet breakfast has a wide variety of choices. The rooms are spotless and have comfortable beds. We stayed for 4 days (Thursday to Sunday) and this hotel or location did not disappoint us in any way. I can recommend it 100%. We went on a day trip to Sintra, which is a stunning city and highly recommended.

We travelled as a group for our first visit to Lisbon and were very happy with our choice to stay at Residencial Florescente. Very walkable area, shopping and restaurants were plentiful. Our rooms were beautiful and the hotel is clean, breakfast had many options. I would stay here again.

Everything was great. The only negative was you have to be careful to select to pay for your pay in your own currency otherwise you pay an extra fee. They don’t explain that to you before you check in.

Beautiful hotel with Great staff
Love this hotel! The updated rooms are beautiful and the staff is so friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed a lovely dinner outside and our waiter was fantastic. Would definitely stay again.

Room and bathroom very clean and spacious. Comfortable bed. The only negative I can say is it was very noisy one night, our room being in front with bars and theater below. Past midnight there was still a lot of noise. I would stay here again though but I will request for a room not facing the street.

Overall good stay, room needs a new AC
The location is excellent, only a few min walk away from 2 metro stations. The 2 front desk ladies were very nice and accommodating. We arrived early and were able to check in before 2pm. The breakfast buffet was sufficient. My only complaint is the old AC unit in the room that was super loud when it is on. I could hardly hear the tv when it’s on, and it affected my sleep since I’m a very light sleeper.
