The property is tiptop, the service is the best, The receptionist Diogo is very helpful and efficient, house keeper are excellent, I will stay there again if I visit Lisbon again! I did not have breakfast there, so no rating for it.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and you could eat as much as you wanted. The shuttle driver was very pleasant and friendly. He was very knowledgeable about Lisbon and made sitting in traffic more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here on our way to Albufeira and again on our way back. Both times we signed up for the breakfast bar and then had dinner on our way home. The food was excellent as was the staff. The rooms were very comfortable as were the beds. We would highly recommend this hotel on your next trip to Portugal.

Only reason for a 4 star, room wasn't ready. BUT, we sat in the little restaurant, had some tapas and wine while we waited. This hotel is beyond cute! I definitely want to come back for a longer stay. Our room is more than expected and the price was good.

Great location. Place is a bit run down but good for one night. Room is large so is bathroom. Two twin beds put together is very uncomfortable.
