The apartment in lovely. The location is ideal for site seeing in Lisbon. It’s walking to distance to pick up location for all the bus tours and several dining and shopping areas around. The only comment I have is the stairs which is quite difficult especially is you have heavy luggage.

The photo shown does not match the entrance, see attached. We had to edit on the street for some one to come and let us in. The stairs were a challenge with our heavy bags and there was no hot water in the morning, maybe a busy time as it was ok later in the day. On the plus side, the woman communicating with us was friendly and helpful, the room was spotlessly clean.

Very spacious so it was much bigger than a hotel room. The bathroom was very nice and had a really nice shower with a handle and a rainstyle spigot. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The location was terrific.

The property was great in all aspects. Clean with all things that we needed. I was a great location as we were close to shopping, restaurant's, transportation and so many many other things. I would recommend this property in all aspects.

The location is great and the apartment was clean, has a microwave and kettle and small hob for cooking. Check in process was easy, we met with a host and they gave us the key. She and the cleaning lady were both super friendly. However if you have a baby it is tricky, as there is no lift and the apartments are all after a flight of stairs. The apartments also smelled quite musty although they were clean, and there is a bit of noise from the main square of rossio. It could do with a little updating in terms of painting walls, but the beds were comfy. Overall it's good.

Right in the middle of everything! Steps from the metro, right in the heart of all the action, and early check in was so convenient. The apartment was clean, quiet, modern… what more could we ask for? It was the best!

Wonderful place to stay. Updated clean. The only disappointment was the tarp in front of the window so we couldn’t see Rossio square. If you don’t like loud music don’t stay here. We truly enjoyed our time here

Great place to stay in Lisbon

Had a great experience here. Location is fantastic, and the apartment and service were very good. Only thing that concerned us was noise from the dance club downstairs but with white noise in the room it didn’t bother us. Thanks!

Pretty easy to find just off main plaza. Daily housekeeping was a major plus!! Plenty of TP, towels and lovely made beds. Street below not noisy. So much to see and do nearby with easy access to 2 different Metro lines. Comfortable beds, blackout curtain.

Convenience in a colourful neighbourhood

We only stayed one night but it was very convenient to the main sights of Lisbon and for trams, buses, metro. Although we had to go to the sister hotel for checking in and to leave our luggage while we enjoyed a few extra hours in Lisbon, the sister hotel is an easy 5 minute walk and the staff there were extremely helpful.
