I highly recommend this hotel. It is my third time here. The location is fantastic. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast is amazing. Most of all, one of the staff members, Marcos Freitas is wonderful, very caring and polite. I was impressed with his service and dedication to all guests. He has a very pleasant personality and creates immediate good rapport with everyone. Thank you for making our stay here so nice, Marcos! We will certainly return.

The hotel is close to the underground, and it has a taxi stop at the door. It is near shops and in a nice area. The restaurant and common facilities were very clean and staff were friendly. The breakfast was good and it had a pleasant atmosphere. Unfortunately my room (801)was not good and below standard. As I entered for first time it had and awful smell. I had to stay with the window opened for the whole stay and the bathroom door closed because I discovered that the shower tray has not been fitted properly and the smell of raw sewage filters through the plug hole. I also was sharing the bathroom with two cockroaches and the room with few mosquitoes, which spoiled a good night sleep. The reception had no mosquitoes spray and due to the dark furniture it was difficult to spot them. So I won’t come back there sorry!
