Perfect location, right in the middle of the Lisbon city centre and very, very friendly staff. Nice breakfast and cozy room. Could use a bit of freshen up on some spots in the room but it was still okay!

Room is good, just old building, hot water takes a long time to operate. I think i asked when I was booking online if we get room (historic room) like in the picture (facing the road), but we got the room facing back. That’s the only 2 per peeve I had. I love the room service, very clean and tidy. Also the parking lot is too far, it costed me €35 when i dropped my car just after sun down til the next morning around 10 am.

Bel hôtel très bien situé près du métro Rossio et à 7-10 minutes à pieds de Praca do Comercio. Nous avions une chambre triple nommée historique au dernier étage avec un petit balcon. Chambre très propre avec des poutres au plafond. Seul inconvénient la 3e personne doit se pencher énormément pour accéder à son lit en raison du toit en pente.

Outstanding service and pristine room. We were traveling as a family of three, and we were pleasantly surprised by the kindness and willingness to help of the hotel team. Also, this is the best spot in Lisboa-Baixa where many attractions and restaurants are within walkable distance.

The hotel exceeded my expectations ♥️ the hotel staff are excellent and very helpful. The room is a little tight but every inch is thoughtfully curated plus the bathrooms are excellent and clean! Staff were courteous, and great. The only issue we had was that our room was nor prepared at 15:00 and the staff told us that it was. When i walked into the room it was not ready (bedsheets were undone, bins were full, it was not clean). however when i informed the staff, they immediately apologized and gave us a different room which was ready and clean. The only thing i would say is that the rooms a bit small and there is no cupboard in the room just a very small metal rack for hanging coats and jackets. Otherwise, the room was sufficient, clean, and the location of the hotel is perfect for a short visit. All of the best areas and key transport links are within 3 mins (Rossio metro station if you want to visit Sintra) to 15 mins (Cais do sodre metro station if you want to go to cascias or belem) walk. The hotel is next to Rossio metro, which also means that Sao George, Baro Alto, Chaido and all major places worth visiting are 10-15 mins walk. Would highly recommend for a short break.
