Unfortunately, we are both tall, big guys and they gave us a a room, with a toilet seat squeezed between the wall and the shower stall, so it was impossible to wipe, you had to get up and walk away to do that.

The actual room was okay clean but hard to get to room feels unsafe we were robbed by taxi driver that brought us from cruise terminal so be very careful . The front seat person Joao or something like that was very rude not accommodating at all . I would not stay there again.

Seniors beware! There are 5-6 marble stairs at the entrance before you get to the elevator with no handrails which makes it difficult/dangerous to maneuver with suitcases. The mattress is spring and coils and unbearably uncomfortable. The bathroom is large and well equipped but we saw a silverfish, and the last night the A/C developed a noise that made it impossible to sleep. Other than that the staff was friendly and helpful.

They upgraded my room to the one with a modern bathtub. Though there was no airconditioner , the fan was strong enough to compensate for the coolness on the room . They even kept my luggage in storage as my flight was still in the evening . Location was excellent .

Enjoyed our stay! The staff was very friendly and helpful! Walking distance to the river Tagus. The hotel is in a shopping area that has higher end stores, but convenient to get around on foot. We found we really didn't need public transport. The room was large, clean and comfortable. Very quiet hotel. My only comment is that the front sign is quite subtle and if you didn't know what you were looking for you could walk by.
