Great little bed and breakfast to stay at once you can find your room. As it was a warm night we couldnt fiind any fans or air conditioning to help keep the ventilation going or even open up a window. Train station isn't far way either so great for going into tge city or Geelong for ghe day but can be noisy at night. Otherwise was great.

Great service, perfect location for both airports - Avalon is close and an easy 1hr trip to Tullamarine. Perfect location. Lovely people. Loved the accomodation. So easy.

Lovely room to stay in with a comfortable bed, coffee and tea and easy to park. Enjoyed the lovely artefacts around the property. Will come back for sure 🤗

Tania was so welcoming. The bluestone room was perfect. Bed was so comfortable. Common area well set up. We enjoyed our stay very much. Have already rebooked.
