Arrived very late at night and someone in the airport took me to the hotel. I really appreciate that especially considering the extreme weather. They also offer breakfast from 4 to 9 am.

The room was great and most of the staff were very friendly but not all. There was a lady covering the front desk that had dreadlocks that should probably revisit the training for customer service. Her attitude wasn’t the best nor did my visit to the front desk warrant her negative pushback.

The worst parts were the cleaning and the impossibility to cancel my second day booked. My plan changed and needed to cancel, however the staff didn’t accept my claiming.

Nice - room was clean and good-sized, quiet environment. Breakfast had lots of options, late night check-in was appreciated after a flight delay - 10 minute walk from airport so no need for an Uber. Only complaint would be about the "gym" - really lacking in work-out equipment, was not able to get in a work-out with the equipment they had.
