Great location in the River Market district, Spacious, clean suites with kitchenettes are ideal for family stay. Staffs are friendly, awesome swimming pool, breakfast is good. Parking is cozy but need to pay, and elevators occasionally slow, but overall a comfortable and convenient choice.

The hotel was great for what we needed. The room was spacious and Yolanda at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The rooms were a little outdated with some wear from time, but it was clean and comfortable.

We had a good experience there. Everything was solid. The only downside was that the pool wasn’t in good condition but they were cleaning it out so that ain’t that big of a deal. Everybody was friendly. I’d stay there again.

I remember when this was a nice hotel. The elevator was out the entire time. The room was humid and musty. Housekeeping did not clean my room. When I asked for service, a woman made the bed, grabbed the trash and left. The breakfast was not up to par. The coffee bar has fruit flies EVERYWHERE. This place needs a facelift!!!!

Dirty pool & blood stained sheets.

The staff was welcoming, however, once arriving in our room..we noticed a large blood stain under the pillows on the sheets. The pillowcase was also stained. Unfortunate as we did have high expectations. Our family stayed at this hotel solely due to the photos online of the pool. We arrived late in the evening. By the time we saw the pool, we noticed it was completely unkept and dark green waters. Not impressed.

Broken elevator. We were yelled at to get out of the pool 10 minutes past 10 PM. No pots or pans for the stove burner. No blankets or sheets for the sofa bed. Hall way extremely hot. 5 mins past checkout, a knocking at the door. Nonstop phone ringing to remind us of checkout time.

Little Rock experience

The hotel was great, but the light in the living room area didn’t work. And my son wanted to purchase water and they said they couldn’t take cash, but only charge it to the room instead. I didn’t like that rule, but we adjusted with the rule.

Disappointing experience at this neglected property. The lobby was inviting and the dining area was ok but my room, particularly the bathroom was grimy with who knows what in the corners. I put towels down everywhere to avoid walking on the tiles and carpet too. It could have been so much better.
