The stay was great…the staff was super friendly and very accommodating. This is my go to place every time I’m in North Little Rock. The breakfast is the best I’ve had outside of my own cooking at home. Very friendly staff.

First, we paid additional money for a Riverside room and when we got to the room, the window was so filthy. You could barely see out it and what Little thought you could see out you didn’t see no river. The hotel was filled to capacity and on the second morning, I’m sorry the first morning. There was no eggs. There was no bacon. There was no biscuits. There was no gravy, however, on the second morning, they had the omelette and waffle station open, and that was wonderful. The white staff at the breakfast area were great.

Hotel close to Simmons was great. Bar staff was exceptional. Breakfast buffet was a hot mess. Understaffed, people working so hard but simply not enough to cover needs. No tables, no one to clean off used dishes, and no silverware to be found. We ended up leaving to eat elsewhere, unfortunately. It was seat yourself and goodluck!

The breakfast buffet is amazing. The staff were so lovely and the woman who made me an omelette was awesome. Clean spacious room. Walkable to a cute little downtown area with restaurants. Don’t want to walk? They have their own Benihana, bar, and restaurant on premises. Nice place.

What we liked: Breakfast Buffet and service was excellent. Staff check-in and out was excellent. Very clean. Excellent water pressure in shower. What we didn’t like: Bathroom in room was very small in our room. We never could go and sit outside because staff took their breaks out there and it was crowded. Late at night it was loud outside because they were out there on their break talking while I was trying to sleep.

We arrived at the 4:00 check-in because the website said we had to pay more to check-in earlier. After we arrived at 4:00, we waited at least 20 minutes before our room was ready. This would not have bothered us to wait a bit, if the hotel had not been so specific about not being able to check in early without having to pay $20 or more. We would have appreciated a free drink at the bar while we waited.
