Property is in a building site

The apartment was fine, but is located in a building which is still under construction. When I arrived the lights in the hallway didn’t work, so I had to use my phone torch to find the right door. My view from the windows was of looking into a building that was still surrounded by scaffolding and building contractors. Needless to say I woke up to this work each day of my stay. The ‘buffet’ breakfast advertised was some eggs and milk in the fridge. Misleading to say the least. I felt really uncomfortable staying here, and would strongly recommend avoiding this place until the rest of the building is finished. In my view this property should not be listed on hotels.com.
