Good position

The flat was perfectly situated and the staff were helpful with codes and maintenance issues, just wee glitches. There was no hairdryer, I did say, and was told it was in the wardrobe, but couldn’t find it. A tea towel would be useful. The air con in the adjoining flat was very loud through the wall.

Great location, but amenities a let down

The location was great for the price. However there was no hot water during our stay, the bedsheets were dirty and had hair on, the pipe under the sink leaked onto the bathroom floor, and the windows are single-glazed so you can hear the traffic outside. Okay for a 1-night stay but wouldn't recommend longer than that.

The location is fantastic and we found great parking nearby that cost us less that £20 for over 48hrs. The apartments are very spacious but could do with some fresh paint on the walls. Ours had missing pictures frames and there were no blinds on the windows so the light woke us up early. The beds were clean and comfy and it was great to have a full kitchen to prep food for during the day.

The shower was in need of a clean as the head had limescale all over it cobwebs were in the apartment and the curtain was installed incorrectly so we couldn't even shut the curtains fully. the bed was also incredibly uncofortable that it gave me neck pain the day after but we vote with our wallet so I doubt I will use this property again

Nice room but not sure about service

Room was nice and clean, but there was a pile of linen on the floor outside the room all day (until the next day we checked out). We could hear people walking above us. It has been a week but deposit still not returned, I asked and the reply was it takes 3-10 working days, so hopefully it will arrive within two weeks.
