Staff are very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast. Free parking is a bonus. Rooms are a bit small and bathroom is a bit snug. But for the price it’s well worth it..

Excellent stay and comfort

Arrived lare due to work commitments but check in was swift. Room very clean and tidy and ideal for what we wanted. Incorporating a few days in Liverpool before a cruise. Would stay here again and would recommend.

Great hotel with free parking .

Very friendly and efficient check in. Breakfast excellent. "Shower room and toilet very small but adequate Chosen because of free car parking facility.Overlooking the Queens dock and a short walk to the restaurants and tourist sites of the Albert dock and waterfront . Would definitely recommend staying at this hotel

Overall great stay! Amy at the front desk was fantastic- extremely friendly, made us aware of all the local attractions, and helped us with Amazon as we needed an emergency delivery. Can’t say enough good things! Small showers but we made it work.

Nice place, small rooms

It's well located, in queens dock, they have a restaurant, the personal is really nice, the view from the hotel and the room is amazing. What i didn't like was the size of the room, so small that my luggage i coundn't put it anywhere, the bathroom was really small, uncomfortable.

The manager here was a delight! As were the rest of the staff but he provided plenty of suggestions for things to do in Liverpool and further afield for the rest of my travels. Location is great, easy to get to by bus or car with easy free parking. Can easily walk into city centre and explore the docks. On site restaurant was okay - didn’t have much of a range though. Rooms are a bit on the smaller side but perfect for a night or two!

Fabulous place on the dockside with an easy walk to Pier Head, about ten to fifteen minutes. Excellent parking on site and a lovely bar serving very reasonably priced drinks. The room was spotless and great for a short city stay with all you need. Above all, the staff were absolutely brilliant, friendly, helpful and professional. I would definitely stay here again.

Great budget stay

Simple rooms but clean and functional for a good price in a good location. Staff were all lovely and helpful. Only slight issue for me was the tiny shower but could put up with it for a night or two.

The hotel is a great location for shopping and events at the docks. The staff are amazing, friendly and nothing was too much trouble if we asked. The hotel isn’t all Bells and whistles (no aircon and the world’s smallest bathroom) but at its price point you can’t argue. Another hotel a short distance away is 50% dearer
