The Space: This modern 5 bedroom apartment is located in Ropewalks moments from buzzing Liverpool Central with the city's buzzing nightlife on your doorstep! With 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open plan kitchen living area, this flat is perfect for up to 12 guests looking for a trendy city escape to enjoy Liverpool's nightlife.
The flat is located on the second floor of a private apartment building and has stunning contemporary wooden flooring and neutral decor throughout. The apartment is spacious with 5 bedrooms, each fitted with two single beds, a combined kitchen and living area with a sofa bed, and 2 bathrooms.
The open plan kitchen is an impressive space with a welcoming living area, which has a widescreen TV and a sofa bed which folds out to make a double. There is a lovely dining area which seats 6 comfortably at a modern bench table, so when you’re not out and about sampling the restaurants on your doorstep, enjoy dining in. The kitchen has everything you might need to cook at home, with an oven, plenty of utensils, pots, pans, cutlery and glasses. There is also a dishwasher should you need it.
Guest Access: Guests have full exclusive access to all areas of the apartment and shared access to the communal entrance of the building, hallway and communal stairwell with other residents of the building.
The Neighborhood: These apartments are located just off Concert Square, one of the main nightlife districts and just around the corner from Bold St with tonnes of restaurants.

Getting Around: Everything is within walking distance in Liverpool city centre. If needed you are a short walk to Paradise St bus/coach station, 10 minutes walk from Lime St train station and 5 minutes from Central train station.
