Nice hotel in a great location - very well presented and very convenient for shops. Lack of parking was the only issue but the multi-storey was next door but was pricey, All in all very nice and in a great part of town.

Reception staff were extremely friendly & got us checked in swiftly. They happily stored our luggage & gave our daughter a complimentary voucher for a cocktail as we were in Liverpool celebrating her graduation. We had three rooms booked all of which were very comfortable and we all slept brilliantly. Only criticism would be that the parking at the adjacent multi storey carpark was expensive, a discounted rate for hotel residents would have been appreciated.

Fantastic spacious room and lovely walk in shower. Friendly staff at front desk, bar and breakfast room. Excellent cocktails (the Napoleon’s Code a particular favourite) and hot breakfast dishes. Wonderfully located on the dockside. Only minor gripe being they could do with more Lifts in the building (wait times for the two lifts at breakfast/checkout time quite long!)… but would definitely stay here again

I always choose to stay here when visiting Liverpool. Such a lovely hotel with a wonderful atmosphere. Staff are always incredibly helpful. Rooms are a good size always comfortable and clean to a high standard, I like you have a fridge in the room. The breakfast is freshly cooked excellent selection and it’s nice to have a view of the Mersey from the bar. Parking next door is incredibly handy and has a coffee shop and Sainsbury’s supermarket nearby. You can also swap out your room service for a free drink at the bar, Recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Liverpool. Can’t wait until my next visit.
