Efficient, early check in. Room clean, large, comfortable. Breakfast very tasty. Staff efficient. Hotel location was spot on. Decor and overall feel is very cool. Would definitely book here again.

We had to wait till 3.30 for check in wasn’t until I said it’s a bit wrong that a room became available . Overall decent venue, liked the fact that two hours before and after football drinks were cheaper ( I didn’t expect London prices for drinks )

Good location for a concert at MS Bank Arena. Nicely decorated room with a walk-in shower and a bath, good room provisions and a good-sized kettle. Staff were helpful and service was quick. Food (dinner and breakfast) was good, but wasn't worth the high price.
