Great location to explore Liverpool

Great location to explore Liverpool and close proximity to student accommodation where my daughter is. Secure and clean parking within a couple of minutes walk (although it was £20 for 24hrs not £13 as the hotel advised although to be fair it had only just gone up). Room / bed were lovely and comfortable and communal areas were attract. We didn’t go for breakfast as had arrangements for lunch but may have done so if it was more of a tempting rate. Overall very happy and would stay again / recommend.

Theft from room.

What ruined our trip was the theft of my pyjamas from our room, presumably by the cleaning staff. Despite repeated calls to the property nothing was done, costing me more than the cost of the room. The reception staff seemed to care nothing about our situation, promising to investigate and call and then not doing so, forcing me to chase the matter.

Good Location

Nice hotel. Multi storey car park within a 2-3 minute walk. Good location, 10 minutes walk to Philharmonic Hall. I would definitely stay here again
