did absolutely love the staff and owners , they do everything to make you feel at home . they also are ready to guide you about attractions in the area around Liverpool . would highly recommend this guesthouse.

Sleep on the street instead of here.

This is a guest house, I didn't feel like a guest it was more like a refuge. Very dirty. We were supposed to stay 2 nights and we left after one. We may have left the same night if we had found accommodation. Something very dodgy going on. Dirty, toilet roll tubes were left lying in the bathrooms. We were made to get cash to pay instead of using the credit card. Don't stay here it's horrible! My daughter wouldn't even use the toilet.

After a slight mix up the hotel was extremely accomadating and really helped. Our stay was comfortable and clean and I would recommend this guest house.
