The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, induction hob, toaster and kettle. The living room offers a double sofa bed, with the possibility to create a private space by closing the sliding doors. There is a second bathroom with window, equipped with WC, bidet and shower with steam bath function. The apartment also has a ventilation system and independent heating.
The Borch Chalet is located in the San Rocco area of Livigno. The apartments are on the ground floor and surrounded by a large garden, while the owners live upstairs and are available for any requests. A private Turkish bath is available.
The property is just a 3-minute walk from the San Rocco ski lift, which is connected to Carosello 3000. Cross-country ski trails and bike paths are adjacent to the property, and the bus stop is right in front. A supermarket and a self-service laundry are nearby. Parking is available on site.
