Self check-in with a smart lock, between 16:00 and 20:00. Once the online registration is complete you receive the door code together with photos of the street, the entrance and the flat door. If anything goes wrong, we are here. Message us on Airbnb chat and we will get you in. We answer every day from 9:00 to 20:00. Please complete the online registration before you travel, not on the doorstep. Italian law requires us to register every guest before entry. A covered garage is available on request at 25 EUR per day, otherwise there is paid parking nearby. Ask us before arrival if you want the garage.
So that nothing is a surprise, here is what is in the flat and what is not. What you will find: bed linen and towels for the number of guests booked, toilet paper for the first days, one dose of dishwasher detergent, pots, pans and all cooking utensils. What we do not provide: food and seasonings (salt, oil, pepper, coffee) and consumables such as hand soap, laundry detergent, tea towels, bin bags and kitchen paper. Shops are a few minutes away. We are on the first floor of a residential building in the historic centre: please keep noise down on the stairs and in the entrance hall, especially in the evening. Forgotten something?
