This 78 square meter apartment on the 4th floor with elevator represents a spacious and comfortable living solution in Livorno. The elevated position guarantees natural brightness and a pleasant city view, while the well-distributed interior spaces provide everything needed for a comfortable stay for up to 4 people. The accommodation consists of two separate bedrooms: the first with a double bed, the second with a single bed, ensuring privacy and flexibility for different hospitality needs.
The living area houses a comfortable single sofa bed that increases accommodation capacity, together with a smart TV for moments of relaxation. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher and fridge with freezer, allowing you to prepare meals in complete autonomy. The bathroom completes the interior with all the necessary services. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning to ensure maximum comfort during the summer months, fast Wi-Fi to always stay connected and a washing machine for managing linen. Livorno offers an urban environment full of opportunities, with the historic center easily accessible and the main city services nearby.
Self check-in with a smart lock, between 16:00 and 23:00. You receive the code once the online registration is complete, together with photos of the entrance: no one to meet. We cannot store luggage: this is an apartment, not a manned left-luggage facility, and access is only possible from the agreed check-in time. Italian law requires us to register every guest before arrival. A few days beforehand you receive a link to upload your ID and sign the rental contract. Registration must be completed online before you can receive the access code. In the colder months, tell us your arrival time: we will have the heating on before you get there.
