Clean warm nice shower beautiful view warm and welcoming staff they were kind and compassionate as my husband had just lost his mother who was in a local hospital which was the reason to visit Llandudno prior to booking in and said if we need anything to just ask Breakfast was great a good start to the day plenty of choice. Nicely presented the restaurant staff were attentive pleasant and friendly.

Friendly and very clean

Staff are very friendly! Very clean hotel! Breakfast was nice! Would definitely book again £10 extra for the duration of stay for dog! Which is very good! Offered sausage for the dog at breakfast too!! Location was perfect. Right opposite the the pier entrance.

Lovely hotel, very central. Staff very attentive and friendly. Clean and cosy room, we had a lovely bay window front view, great views of the sea front and pier. Couldn’t fault the breakfast, fresh and hot. Would stay there again.

It was like stepping back in time. Staff lovely, Very helpful Pillows needed changing Seen better days and badly stained, Food interesting but as they say “you get what you pay for” Ideally placed for shopping and seafront BUT STAFF GREAT. Fawlty Towers comes to mind 😂😂

I didnt like being locked in at midnight. And not allowed out till 6:00am. The breakfast was horrible. Waited an hour for it. Staff was nice and friendly. Wont be going back.

Short stay

Just had a couple of day's break and then booked an extra night. Staff are excellent - have stayed here before and was remembered. Definitely one of the best choices balancing quality and value.

Hotel is in a great position, just over the road from the pier, and close to the main shopping street. I booked a twin room, which was on the top floor and the back of the hotel. Decor and furniture, a bit shabby and dated, but the room was very clean and beds comfortable. Some carpeted areas in corridors, were very dirty and need attention. Breakfast was good, as was the service. All staff very helpful and friendly. Would stay again.

Good Location poor service

The hotel is in a great location with brilliant views of the pier. No faults at all with the room. Breakfast was chaotic. On three mornings out of four we were waiting for nearly an hour to be served. People who came in after us got served first. Coffee was like dishwater, and stone cold when we eventually got our breakfast. Avod table,10, which is bottom of the list for some strange reason

Lovely staff in a nice hotel.

Lovely hotel which offered a great service. Staff were very good, nice breakfast, good bar and a really comfy room. I had a brilliant view from my room which was also a great add on. If I had to find a negatieve, the building can get very warm and decor is dated/shabby in places. A really nice stay and I would definitely visit again. It offered value for money and a pleasant visit.

2 night stay.

Stayed with my son, twin room was adequate. Room could do with updating, furniture quite tired, but room was also very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely, and the lady who served us. Would I return? Yes I probably would as near to everything in walking distance.
