As before, obviously an old building along with the problems that can sometimes bring. I positively loved this place, price was incredible and breakfast just thrown in to whatever deal you made for free....cannot beat that. Staff extremely friendly and approachable, simply no major issues at all for me.....

As we arrived Gary was friendly and informative allowing us to enjoy our stay. All the staff were very approachable and helpful when we needed help with my friends scooter, making sure it was being charged. Room looked out onto the Orme and pier, lovely view. Bed was really comfortable, making it a lovely night's sleep. Dinning room was comfortable and warm and table's were nicely set up. Breakfast was plentiful and supper tasty. waiting staff couldn't have been more helpful, catering to all our needs. On the Saturday evening we had the five course menu which is a good price. Everything was top quality produce and cooked to perfection. If you book they cater for none residents. We found the town people to be really friendly, in the shops, cafe's, pubs, arcades and as we walked around the town, Everywhere was so clean and tidy. The street cleaner kindly helped us when we looked lost. Definitely be back for more.🌹

Property is as expected for its age. Can’t complain for the rate paid but the mattress must have dated from the 1980’s as it was hard, felt the springs and had a massive dip on one side is the bed where the springs were broken. Hotel mostly seems to cater for OAP coach holidays and is set up for such with its dining options. Location is perfect and the staff were all super pleasant and nice. Didn’t get much sleep sadly due to the mattress and lack of sound insulation from upstairs.
