Located on the fourth floor with a lift with a maximum capacity for 4 people.
Part of a quiet urbanisation with communal garden and swimming pool and with a private garage (supplement of €30/week if used).
It has a living-dining room (TV + double sofa bed (130x180cm) with direct access to the terrace, complete kitchen (microwave, washing machine, ceramic hob, washing machine), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190cm) and 1 bathroom with shower.
Air conditioning and heat pump optional with supplement: €50/week.

Die Zimmer waren bei der Anreise nicht richtig gereinigt. Ich habe die ganze Wohnung erst durchfegen und wischen müssen. Im Wohnzimmer ist der Esstisch kaputt, die 4 Stühle sind verdreckt und der Stoff der Sitzflächen ist eingerissen. Die Couch ist durchgesessen. Das alles müsste erneuert werden damit man sich in der Wohnung wohl fühlen kann. Ansonsten ist der Zuschnitt der Wohnung und die Lage der Wohnung gut.

Vacances de Pâques réussies
1 ère réservation avec Abritel en Espagne . Logement spacieux , propre , fonctionnel . Literie du salon à revoir si vous réservez pour 3-4 personnes . Très bon séjour j’ai pris en option le parking souterrain pour que la voiture soit sécurisée sans PV. L’agence et son personnel très sociable , disponible, réactif rien à dire ! A une prochaine fois ;)
